Yoga
I love working out. It’s a habit I have had ever since I left secondary school (that’s high school for you Americans). One thing that I realized is I have lost a lot of flexibility over the years. I really noticed it when trying surfing and e-foiling where getting up on the boards proved very hard as quickly getting my long legs up under my body. To remedy this I have picked up Yoga again under the philosophy that any stretching is good stretching.
