In late 2020 I disconnected from all social media with the exception of twitter and reddit. Both of these sites surface interesting and educational content depending on who you follow.

Well now Elon’s gone and bought twitter. His pontifications on what will solve twitter’s ills are the ramblings of a billionaire surrounded by the worst yes men.

His sycophants are all over and the level of toxicity has markedly increased. So, I have logged into my mastodon account from 2017 and decided to prep to get off twitter. Hopefully I can find the same or better content on there. Still on twitter for now but if he allows TFG back on, immediate shutdown.
