I stopped using Apple computers many years ago when they launched that travesty of a low profile keyboard, and the gimmick that was the touch bar. I decided to switch back this week as managing multiple email accounts with calendar invites was proving too hard on linux as Thunderbird isn’t exactly the best. Even on Windows, Outlook struggled with multiple gmail calendars.
Here are the pros and cons so far:

| ecosystem | Seamless integration with AirPods, iPad etc | |
| - hardware | the notch | Maybe you get used to it but is seems poor design |
| white charger | With a dark gray laptop, come on Apple | |
| + software | choice | No better combination of commercial and free apps |
| - software | settings / preferences | Like the iPhone, they are a hot mess imho |
| - software | mission control confusion | Probably just need time but the windowing system is not simple |
